Your quote is based on account volume estimates you’ve provided and is valid for 15 days. Visp.net will honor this
pricing subject to the terms of the ISP Agreement so long as your actual volume meets or
exceeds your estimates.

For Instant Footprint and Ultimate ISP solutions, a $500 pre-payment
and $500 monthly minimum required.

If you don’t have your own Authorize.net account and want to
use ours, we are happy to help you get started by providing you our introductory 6-month promotional rate of 3% per
transaction for online payments from your subscribers. Regular rates of 5% apply after the first six months. (According
to our calculations, 5% is about the real total cost of processing transactions with discounts, batch fees, monthly fees,
reconciliation, refunds, etc.). If you select FMIS (Fully Managed Internet Services) all payments (online or other)
are subject to the above rates.

We’ve each agreed to a Mutual Non-disclosure, so we’re
not going to share your information, and likewise, you promise
to keep this pricing confidential. We occasionally offer some compelling promotions, so unless we’ve stated in writing
otherwise, any promotions in this quote are not valid with any other promotions.

was miscalculated or has an error on it, we sincerely apologize and you understand that visp.net is not obligated to honor
